• Account information: email address, display name, region, and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
• Chart screenshots: images you upload for analysis across asset classes such as Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Futures, Commodities, and Indices.
• Analysis data: generated reports, confidence scores, timeframe breakdowns, and session metadata.
• Usage data: upload counts, plan tier, subscription status, and feature usage.
• Technical data: device fingerprint used for trial-abuse prevention, IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Payment information: we do not store full card or wallet details. Payment data is processed by Stripe, Paystack, or the USDT blockchain network as applicable.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• Generate educational chart analyses and confidence estimates;
• Enforce plan limits and prevent trial abuse;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
• Maintain security, monitor abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the necessity to perform our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers and subprocessors necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and serverless functions;
• Stripe — card payment processing;
• Paystack — regional payment processing;
• Blockchain networks — USDT payment confirmation on ERC-20, TRC-20, and TON;
• ForexFactory — economic calendar data for Forex-only news context;
• Tawk.to — customer live chat and support messaging.

Each subprocessor is contractually bound to process data only for the purpose of providing their service to us and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

6. Payments and Cryptocurrency

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, Paystack, or USDT manual payments. We store only transaction references, plan tier, and confirmation status. We do not store private keys or full wallet addresses beyond what is required to verify a payment. USDT payments require manual review and are activated only after confirmation.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and support the PWA offline experience. We may also use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Chart screenshots and analysis reports for Pro and Unlimited users are retained for Session Replay and comparison features. Free-tier analysis data is retained only as long as necessary for service operation and is not used for permanent history. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Data Rights

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. This includes encrypted storage, row-level security policies, authenticated access controls, and secure payment integrations. Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and subprocessor agreements, to protect your data when transferred internationally.
